Triplex 1/2 idle valve for compressor - Aignep

Triplex retention valve ( non-return ) idle, for compressor with 1/2 inlet and outlet connection. The main function of this valve is its ability to work under vacuum. Once the maximum pressure is reached, the valve allows the compressor to continue operating without loading more air from the boiler and/or tank. This is useful in situations where a constant supply of air is needed, such as on construction sites or when using an electrical generator.


The triplex valve for compressors is self-operating, it is placed between the compressor head and the boiler, when the boiler reaches the maximum set pressure, the triplex valve opens and the air goes outside (the motor and head continue to work, but the air does not enter the boiler). When the boiler pressure decreases due to the use of compressed air, the valve closes and air re-enters the boiler.

It incorporates a 1/8 connection for the accelerator, only in the case of applications with motor compressors.
