Reducer size 50 worm gearbox, compact design and high performance, with a hollow output shaft Ø25mm and input shaft Ø14mm.

This size of gearbox supports motors with flange B5 size 71, this size of flange has an O.D. of 160mm and the gearbox has an input shaft diameter of 14mm, PAM 160/14.

The power ratings of the motors at 1500 rpm usually used for this type of gearboxes and with higher service factor fs≥1 are:

  • 0,5CV 1500rpm. Maximum reduction I= 60.
  • 0.75hp 1500rpm, reduced casing. Maximum reduction I=30.

Bonjour,

Je souhaiterais un grand rapport de réduction je me tourne donc vers l'achat d'un réducteur roue et vis sans fin de rapport 100, cependant je vois que vous conseillez pour les petit moteur 0.33/0.25CV des rapports maximum de 80. Je me demande donc quel est le problème que je pourrais engendrer avec un moteur triphasé de 0.25KW en tournant a 1000tr/min ?

Et si cela est en effet déconseillé vers quelle option dois-je me tourner pour avoir en sortie de motoréducteur une vitesse de 10tr/min et un couple de 240Nm ?

Bonjour.

Il faut augmenter la puissance du moteur et choisir un réducteur qui permette ce rapport de réduction en augmentant la taille du réducteur, ce qui permet d'avoir des pignons plus grands pour obtenir un rapport de 1/100.
