Modular control and protection panel for 1 three-phase pump up to 18A, 400Vac power supply, valid for both submerged and surface pumps. It offers built-in protection of the pump against overload, underload, phase failure and overvoltage. It has a connection for remote control with voltage from 6 to 24 Vac/dc or voltage-free contact, display integrated in the control module and compatible with the Toscano brand PumpCheck data reader.
The TZ1 control module, which is available in the modular panel, allows quick and easy adjustment of the intensity for the protection of the pump due to overload and underload, as well as the adjustment of the reset time and inhibition time. Its display allows you to show data such as the status of the pump and its current consumption, operating modes and times, detected faults and alarms. It also has pilot lights indicating the presence of voltage, pump operation, infrared communication (PumpCheck), states of underload, overload/phase failure and low level. The reduced size of the TZ1 control module allows for greater interior space and greater comfort inside the frame
The panel incorporates a selector in manual mode (forced start) in which the pump is not protected during its operation. It has an input for level control that can be carried out by means of probes, a probe with timed reset, without probes or by means of a flow detector, as well as an external voltage-free control input that allows the pump to be safely activated or deactivated. through a pressure switch or level float, this input also allows control by clock, programmer, radio, GSM, etc.
