Male photovoltaic solar connector 1500Vdc

Solar connector for photovoltaic applications, maximum voltage 1500Vdc. Aerial connector suitable for safely assembling photovoltaic cables with sections of 2.5, 4 and 6mm ² . This type of connector allows solar panels of a photovoltaic installation to be joined together, as well as extending their length safely and ensuring the installation is watertight.


This connector is made up of two independent parts, the frame or outer casing that protects the cables from possible external damage and atmospheric phenomena and the pin or metal connector onto which the cable is crimped. The polypropylene frame is what is known as the male connector and the metal connector in tinned copper is female and is inside the frame. Both parts fit together quickly and easily, guaranteeing a perfect connection and sealing of the cable with the outside environment.

These connectors for photovoltaic panels are designed for outdoor use, leaving the connections safe and protected from moisture, water and dust thanks to their IP68 protection rating and their resistance to UV rays, they withstand extreme atmospheric conditions.

Connectors that are quick and easy to connect by crimping. They have a locking system that prevents accidental disconnection, since this requires a special tool for this purpose, which makes installations with this type of connectors safe.
