Undervoltage coil for mounting on circuit breaker switches (motor protectors), it is activated when the voltage value falls between 35 and 70% of the nominal value, disconnecting the circuit breaker associated with the coil (35~70% Ue).

The usual use of this type of element is to protect motors, installations, devices or machines that could be damaged if they work with voltages lower than the nominal one or to avoid untimely starts of the same, in the case of power outages, forcing to a manual intervention to restore the supply of electrical voltage to the installation, device or machinery. They can also be used to perform emergency disconnections in positive safety, associating an emergency stop button, inserting it into the connection circuit of the minimum voltage coil.


Mounting on the right side of the circuit breaker. This undervoltage coil is valid for TGV2 series circuit breakers.
