Self-aligning support bracket in white thermoplastic with insert already mounted, for shaft diameter 20mm.
The bearing insert is made of stainless steel balls. Its outer rings have a spherical surface that is free to oscillate in the support track, this oscillation allows self-alignment in the support housing and compensates for any misalignment and eliminates, as far as possible, unwanted stresses between the shaft and the support. The bearing is fixed to the shaft by means of two screws allen hexagonal offset 120º. Easy assembly and disassembly.
The field of application of these bearing housings are industrial and general applications with normal loads, low to medium rotational speeds.
The tightness of the bearing is guaranteed by a seal composed of a protective steel plate plus rubber sealing, the bearing mounts a seal on each side. This protection system prevents the escape of grease and any possible entry of contaminating agents, which is particularly indicated when there are very aggressive external agents, dust, liquids or when the machine is working outdoors.
The service temperature of the support is from -35 ºC to + 102 ºC
