Among the main characteristics of this filter group, it has a great flow performance compared to its size and reduced weight, satisfying the current demand for miniaturization and performance. Made of aluminum and with plastic tanks with metal protection.
The type of purge is manual and automatic when the pressure is removed. The filter group has a 20 μm filter element.

Note: the pressure gauge is not included in the supply, it must be ordered separately.

como puedo sacar la tuerca de fijación si el pomo es mas grande para poder poner la pieza de fijación y fijar el regulador en la maquina

En relación con el grupo de filtraje neumático de la serie New Deal de Metal Work, si desea instalar la escuadra de fijación y observa que el pomo de regulación impide acceder a la tuerca trasera, le indicamos lo siguiente:

El pomo de regulación no debe forzarse ni desmontarse directamente. Para montar la escuadra correctamente, debe extraerse el cuerpo del regulador del conjunto, aflojando con cuidado la parte posterior donde va fijado al soporte central. Esto le permitirá acceder a la tuerca desde el interior, colocar la escuadra y volver a montar el regulador.

Le recomendamos realizar esta operación con herramientas adecuadas y por personal cualificado para evitar dañar los componentes.
