vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Im Folgenden finden Sie die Berechnung des ungefähren Betriebs- und Anlaufmoments an der Abtriebswelle des Getriebemotors, basierend auf den technischen Daten des Motors und des Untersetzungsgetriebes.

Technische Daten

Motorleistung: 0,12 kW (0,16 PS)
Versorgungsspannung: 230 V AC (Einphasenmotor)
Nenndrehzahl des Motors: 1400 U/min
Übersetzungsverhältnis: 1:40
Ausgangsdrehzahl: ca. 35 U/min
Reduziergetriebe: Schneckengetriebe, Baugröße 40
Wellen-Ø am Ausgang: 18 mm
Anlaufmoment: „halbes Anlaufmoment“ → reduziert, ca. 50–70 % des Nenndrehmoments
Wirkungsgrad Schneckengetriebe (typisch): ca. 60 %

Drehmomentberechnung

Formel für das Drehmoment:

M (Nm) = (9550 × P [kW]) ÷ n [U/min]

Drehmoment direkt am Motor (1400 U/min):

Drehmoment an der Abtriebswelle (35 U/min), inkl. Wirkungsgrad:
