1 question about the product

Three-phase electric vibration motor 0.08kW (0.1CV) 230/400V 50Hz, 3000 rpm (2 poles), centrifugal force 0.7KN (70Kg), flange B3 legs. Manufactured in aluminum housing, IP65 degree of protection.

The vibration motors are electric motors that have counterweights or unbalanced masses located at each end of its axis of rotation to generate and cause the transmission of vibrations. The rotation of these unbalanced masses generates a centrifugal force acting on the motor shaft, which in turn is transmitted in the form of vibratory motion to a specific machine or structure.
The centrifugal force is variable depending on the position of the masses, which can be easily adjusted and adjusted to vary the force and therefore the intensity of the vibration depending on the application for which the vibration motor is intended. The motors are factory set to provide 100% of the centrifugal force.
The use of a single vibrating motor generates a circular motion on the machine or structure on which it is placed, while the use of two vibrating motors placed in parallel with opposite directions of rotation generates a linear type motion. The appropriate motion generated by the motor, circular or linear, will depend on the type of application in which they are to be used.

This type of motors are used in different sectors such as industrial, food, construction, chemical, mining, heavy industry, etc. Some of their most common applications are the transport of materials on conveyor belts, unloading of silos and hoppers, compacting tables, etc.

They are suitable to withstand heavy working conditions, guaranteeing robust and safe operation at all times. Constructed with class F insulating materials that increase their reliability and durability.

IMPORTANT:
All vibrating motors must have an overload or excess consumption protector (circuit breaker or motor circuit-breaker) installed. In case of installing several units together, each one must have an individual overload protector installed.

Note
: Be sure to supply the equipment with the correct voltage and frequency according to the nameplate of the equipment. Use cable with the appropriate cross-section and connect it to the motor power supply terminals using the appropriate terminals. Connect the ground wire to the appropriate terminal.

Note: The surface where the vibration motor is installed must have an admissible tolerance of 0.08mm, so that the working and equipment surfaces rest evenly on each other to avoid internal stresses that could cause the base or the motor legs to break.

Questions

Question
bonjour , est il possible d'utiliser un variateur de fréquence avec le vibreur ? et si oui dans quelle proportion ? c'est pour une table de triage . merci par avance cordialement vincent
Answer
Bonjour.

Cordialement.
