Mechanical variable speed drive with which the speed of the turn can be varied by means of the lateral maneuvering wheel, to be coupled to engines with flange size B5 size 112. Output shaft of the variator Ø28 and flange of Ø250mm.

Mechanical speed reducer inverter,planetary discs, manually operated by means of a maneuvering wheel, to be coupled to motors with flange type B5 and size 112.

Mechanical motor drives-reducers,manufactured with special advanced technology, which makes them specially adapted for work in the maintenance industry, ceramics, packaging, chemical, textile, food, tooling machine, automatic production and assembly lines, and in general, in those in which a speed regulation is required.

Its main characteristics are the following:

  • Continuous regulation field 1:5.3 made throughout the range with respect to the input speed.
  • Speed constant ±0.5% at maximum speed and ±1% at minimum speed.
  • Indistinct direction of rotation with concordant input and output.
  • Quiet and uniform operation.
  • Good sizing to ensure a long life even with continuous service and at full load.
  • Increase of the torque, up to twice the nominal at the minimum speed.
  • High starting torque.
  • High performance, about 84% at maximum speed.

It must be borne in mind that this type of mechanical drives require maintenance, the amount of lubrication oil must be checked and that they cannot be regulated stopped, if a regulation is attempted with the variator stopped, there will be a mismatch of the planetarium system, you can not work in these conditions, there will be an excessive heating of the regulator and if this situation is maintained over time, a serious breakdown of the same. Keep in mind that this type of incident is not covered by the warranty.
